Late/Absence Procedures

If your child is late in the morning please bring them to the main reception where you are able to sign them in.

The school day starts at 8.55am. 

The diagram below shows how the number of minutes late can affect the number of hours lost in learning.  Simply being 5 minutes late every day of the academic year means 15 hours lost.  Every minute in school is utilised, and this is from the very moment the children enter the school building.

 

 

 

 

If your child is off sick please call the school as close to the start of the day as possible or report the absence on Parent Mail.

 

If you are thinking of taking leave in term time the form below must be completed.
